The horrendous damp patches start to re-appear in pretty much every corner of my ageing, decaying house.

It is a little worrying how something so fundamental (in the first world problems scheme of things) can be so incredibly expensive. I've got some sort of emergency house disaster insurance thing with the AA, a few quid a month and it covers call-outs to fix broken boilers, but doesn't cover everything.

Had the same mate until earlier in the year when the company told me that they can no longer cover the boiler because of age so I've told the wife I'm trading her in for newer model.

HAHA is it? Wasn't worded very well admittedly but, I hate it. People who think their tattoo is so amazing they have to wear clothes to accommodate it even if it means freezing all winter and looking a tit.

I have tattoos on my arm and i'm currently wearing a jumper.

The rats move back into the garden shed after spending Summer elsewhere and ignore all forms of poison and traps that are put down for them.

Then rub it in by sitting on the shed roof sunbathing in full view.
