Prepare to be very surprised mate. James Corbett is an international football journalist with major contacts within the club (Corbett has written numerous EFC books, including the recent Everton Encyclopedia and also Southall's autobiography) and he has tweeted this evening that the club is pressing ahead with launching the new badge for next season, despite the fans being against it as they claim to have 'consulted a set of fans who responded positively towards it'.

I am yet to come across a single Everton fan who thinks the new badge is any good at all.

Yes! The thing is, there has been such a strongly negative reaction towards it, yet it has only been leaked. You can only imagine how bad this is going to be when/if the club officially launch it.

When the masses realise this is real (and more and more people are doing so all the time), they're going to go ape-poo.
