Well another loss today against a very average Newcastle side. We couldn't string two passes together and again we looked really shapeless when it came to attack. We haven't got a goalscorer and there's nothing we can do about it until January.

But yet I'm still optimistic for the times ahead. Reading the forum tonight is like reading it if we went down or ceased to operate.

Lets get this into perspective now, we've played 5 games in the league. Look at the table, Newcastle and Blackpool in the top 7? Manchester City 13th!? Do you honestly believe its going to finish like that? I don't.

We have exciting players in our squad and on our day we can beat anything put infront of us.

Lets take it one game at a time and look forward to Fulham next week.

Do us a favour mate, game 35 can you write the same post as we look to climb to 11th? Cheers lad.

Agree 100% mate, we were poor and lacked a spark. When everything clicks we play fantastically well, when it doesn't it's like the world is going to end. If we can beat Fulham and grind out a couple more results confidence will build and we will put a run together like last season. Vaughan completed another 90 minutes today so maybe he can prove his worth at Goodison come January.

First defeat at home since November 2009.

But these Bambi like players can fcuk off if they're staying in the side playing like that. And especially playing with ZERO spirit.

Drop the shirkers Moyes. Osman for one. Distin for another.
