Don’t need to show it but anyone got anything interesting in their will?

Does anyone not have a will?

Think it was @Rita_Poon best mate Martin Lewis saying the other day that a power of attorney is more important than a will.

With threads on pensions and asteroids hitting the earth, I’m getting worried. Get your will out and sort it.

Funnily enough, sorted ours out about a month ago, cost a fair few quid to do it and a whole afternoon.

We did one a few years back on a charity scheme called " Will Aid ", where a local solicitors who`d signed up for the scheme, did a basic will for a suggested donation to a nominated charity - £250.

Turns out it wasn`t really worth the paper it was written on, as it was so basic as to be almost worthless.

The latest one covers all the bases - I die first, she dies first, we both die together, the whole family gets wiped out by an asteroid , who gets my cars etc.

Anyone I`m off to finishing listening to my Leonard Cohen collection, I may be some time.

In all seriousness, if you provide for anyone - get life insurance.

I'm worth (comfortably) more dead than alive.

It's not a lot. Ive use beagle street for about 8 years. Signup via top cashback for a decent chunk of cashback.

Yep, I'm worth 200k dead.

That's almost 4 Colemans.

For some reason I like to mentally fantasise about it paying out and what I'd do if I could stick around as a ghost.

Put GOT in your wills.

You can put a stipulation of a permanent ban of any member in order for GOT to claim it. Smite your enemies from beyond the grave.

Also if youve had one a while review it, especially if you've fell out with any beneficiaries or the beneficiaries have died.
This happened with my 91 years old aunt
2 of them have popped there clogs so far and shes going strong
