Im 64 and bought my first cardigan the other week,looked in the mirror and saw me dad,hes been dead 25yr.

.... I'm 65 and a bit of wee came out when I read that... (but no cardigans yet)

Cleaning my underwear draw out tonight I found these knickers from a few years back, bought from the Albion Club Shop. They came in a pack of two. Unfortunately the other pair I took on an away trip to Derby a few years back. Some bloke tied them to a balloon and they were last seen floating around the back of the Derby County goal mouth sadly never to be seen again.

Best pair of boots I ever had were a pair of Mitre… my manager at the time picked them up for me in a charity shop as he knew my mum couldn’t afford to buy me new boots … think he paid about 50p for them in a bargain basket … 35 odd years ago now but I’ll never forget them boots or the man who bought them for me.
