We're light up front, he'd be cheap and would likely jump at the chance of a return. If we can bring Davey Weir back (we all know that's going to happen) then I think we should be looking to do this deal as well.

We've got little money right now, so yeah, this would be a good move. It wouldn't symbolise Everton's decline in any way, shape or form. We should go for this - what do we have to lose? He is 53 like, so impact player of the bench I reckon.

Also, what about saving money on wages by sacking Mucha and Hahnemann off and re-registering Chris Woods as 2nd choice keeper but on no extra wages than he's already on (he'd be kept on as GK coach). Sure he'd jump at the chance of some Carling Cup game time.

My answer to the above question would surely differ to my boss' answer. You must forgive me, I don't think I know much about football but am desperate for ways to improve on and off the pitch. Every little helps.

The question I refer to is the one without a question mark but I have taken the liberty of assuming this was a question.
