Sam's is only 18 months!

For now....

Before the premiership is exactly right and he’s done nothing in the Premiership
Took Hull down and wouldn’t stay to try and get them back up
Then he gets the Watford job and starts off well
We lift our skirts above our ankles he gets distracted and Watford Win one in 10 and he gets sacked
So his record is got one team relegated and then got sacked 23 games into his new job.
His record with Hull would have had them placed 10th over the whole season. Watford where flying before we approached them, they are still 10th higher than both their last two season finishes.

No excuse Mate, I do not want to go on an Everton forum and see some other team colours.

(gratuitously on topic mention) Not sure about getting silva now even my hatred of big sam am not sure we could physically handle another change

You'd have thought they'd have put some clauses in Allardyce's deal, right? And not just "keep us up and you get a bonus". Surely something along the lines of "if you're underperforming in January we have the right to terminate your contract before the end of the transfer window and pay you up until the end of the season as compensation". He'd have probably agreed to that as it's the easiest money he'll ever make.

Silva win percentage Watford 30.8 Hull 36.4
2 out of 4 manager jobs he got sacked and Hull who he relegated wasn't one of them!

Terrible manager

I think that’s a decent strike rate for those clubs in this league. What was it in his other jobs??

Sam’s win % across his 25 year career is even less isnt it and that’s been achieved playing football that bad, he’s a joke figure because of it.

No its better, 39.4, but Sam hasnt got a relegation on his CV, point is why go from one bang average manager to another bang average manager? We need to improve not stagnate.
