Should we consider getting Torres

In the dlast few minutes of the Palace game, some plonker from palace did a TERRIBLE pass back to his keeper that Torres intercepted ...and then horribly missed the subsequent scoring opportunity. That summed up Torres for me...he has lost 'it'...and Jose was not shy in proffering to the world, the same opinion

IF we had the sort of cash in the bank to pay the ridonkulous wages Torres would demand, I'd like to think we could spend it more wisely...

What little confidence he had left has simply evaporated ,so no. Maybe a back-up role at Athletico Madrid might be the ticket for him ,Spain anyway he's done here.........

Torres has lost it, he knows it. and we know it. Confidence is shot and i think even he knows it. That world cup medal was never earned,, the lad stole that accolade FFS!!!

No chance!! He's was a awsome player once upon a time, after that big injury he had he never came back the same player, media put it down to him wanting out of that lot but he'd just lost part of his game at that point!

Liverpool getting 50M for him was great business if they hadn't wasted most of it on Carroll!

He's finished as top level PL striker. Going back to Spain in there slow tempo league is about all he's fit for.

NO NO NO NO. Rather splash out on Lukaku then him.

IF Rom is allowed to leave Chelsea for under £20M he's our man, he's young and fits perfectly, if not we need to look elsewhere.. Benteke? Ba? Hernandez? Ings? Michu? Bony?

Torres is still a very good striker, hes lost a bit of his confidence when through on goal.

the major problem with torres is that he can only play in one system, he needs the ball played fast and over the top, he's not an hold up striker that Chelsea and ourselves use. He wants the ball fast behind the back four, he lives on the shoulder of the last defender.

Its why he was so effective at the RS under FSW, and he'd probably be more suited for them now. If we played the same system I'd have him in a heartbeat, but we don't and he's not suited to our game, so no
