im not sure about the rights with football, i think they are structured differently with regards sponsorship and association payments.

it would be interesting - perhaps fifa will try it out at a world cup finals.
i'd certainly like the officials to be interviewed after the match to explain their thinking on some of the more "interesting" decision points.
