Liverpool sacked Rodgers after a 1-1 draw at Goodison.

We still haven't sacked ours after a 4-0 drubbing.

Says it all really. We're so far from being a top club at the moment, and the whole Martinez situation is just proving it - what other 'top club' (United, City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs) would stand for this?

It is the darkest before the dawn and there is no better way to bounce back than at Wembley, but a semi final win wouldn't change anything on the Martinez front for me. He's got to go, preferably now, if not end of season at the latest.
the point that makes me more livid than anything is that WATFORD are coming down on Flores. Fn WATFORD! Yet here we are, "plucky lil Everton", we should be HAPPY to even be in the same ground as the MIGHTY Liverpool and in a cup semi (retch).

I get that Moshiri doesn't want to rock the boat too much initially but this is HIS club. Theres literally nothing Kenwright can do if he said he wanted to sack Martinez. And, yet, here we are. Nothing.

I still think Martinez will see the season out even if we get beat tomorrow, because BK will know the sack is the only way to go, but will have a word in Moshiri's ear about waiting till the end of the season, and as a gesture of goodwill, Moshiri will agree.

Don't worry guys, Huddersfield Giants and Everton (my teams) are just having a season off from being good, my fault, sorry. We'll be fine next year with Frank De Boer and Tony Smith in charge, instead of the pair of clowns I have.

Think it will be more like 30k+ Macca. However, if he's still in charge, the majority will be going to Wembley just for the day out expecting to lose: ie No hope of winning. Where as if he's not in charge we have some chance. Surely we cant do any worse anyway!

Totally agree mate. I am absolutely gobsmacked that as of 1.13pm he is still in a job.

100% he should of been sacked already, straight after the match or first thing this morning. Truth is he hasn't and wont be now until the end of the season, We need to get behind them Saturday there human they will feel that loss, got to be behind them all clubs bigger than individuals!

Small club mentality and I have never used Everton and small club in the same sentence before this which just shows how far we have fallen from grace in the space of 24 months or so.

One would hope Morshiri will smack down bullshitting Bill and pull the trigger himself not just for our sake and the clubs sake but for Roberto's sake too

Just end it all please

Absolutely fantastic rant by Ped on Toffee TV. All the players should be sat down and made to watch it to see what they and Martinez have done to the supporters.

Don't tell me they have brought the semi forward by 24 hours???

:p

So difficult trying to concentrate on work and waiting for some word from GP.

At least the only football fan near me is a Mackem and he is sound with sympathies for EFC.

As posted earlier I think a solution would be to do what Celtic did with Deila.

Announce that he is leaving at end of season but let him have a final go at winning the Cup. It would take some of the pressure and toxicity out of the situation.

maybe the players could come up their own tactics for the game lol isnt that pretty much what chelsea where doing when di matteo was in charge?!

I am devastated that he hasn't been sacked. Like seriously, I feel on the edge of tears that this level of under-performance is being accepted by those who run our club.

How, why is he still in a job?

Tony Smith in charge of Everton probably do a better job than Roberto
Frank at the John smiths?
