Short Interview w/Cody Arnoux

Sounds like another clued-up kid, but I reckon they (him and Peterlin) should've been loaned out somewhere - I guess Moyes thinks they've got more to gain from training with our top guys rather than playing regularly at a lower standard.

How'd Arnoux get a work permit - French grandparents?...

Top question mate!...I'd like him to be around the first team but before that i'd love to see baxter become a regular, moyes should give him 5 to 10 minutes in every match

Really a simple decision for Arnoux - stay at Wake Forest, play in MLS or come learn the game at Everton. Really a no-brainer.

Hope it works out for him - the more US players that play overseas, the more foreign clubs see US players have skill, the more they recruit from the US and the better the US youth programs become.

Keeping him with the Reserves is better than loaning him out - he's got some skill but needs to learn the game so why not teach him in the Reserves rather than have someone else fill his head with bad ideas. Learning from the Yak can't hurt.

Good interview, I'd really love to know more about the Yak's tips on making runs, etc. It must be hard enough for Arnoux being dropped into a very different culture (what with most Americans being so seemingly insular in their outlook) but his attitude is 100% right and I hope he develops quickly here.
