We won't get him, but I have no doubt that he will be a great PL striker if he is givent the chance.

In fairness Shane has improved massively since then , he be well ahead of Lita in any pecking order now thats for sure .

I liked kevin doyle when he was as reading too but was amazed at his price tag. I havent seen as much of long but he has looked a decent player. Irrelevant really. money talks and bull**** walks.

Getting very worrying seein the likes of West Brom and Notts Forest , who have just agreed a 2.5m deal with Den Haag for a winger , being able to do more in the transfer window than us .
