A cash strapped club is the context for all that happenng. Take those circumstances away and would we have gotten rid of Rooney/Lescott/Johnson at the moments we did?

of course we would as rooney and lescott wanted out - it was never about what cash we had or hadn't got, could the club and moyes in particular have done anymore to have tried to keep Lescott despite the silly money been thrown at them, when a player wants out get rid as soon as possible imo, arsenal and spurs haven't faired to well in this scenario either - as for johnson, i just think he fell into the second category, its not as if he ever set the place on fire did he?

Shane Duffy already played 2 full games for S****horpe United. Reportedly from a S****horpe United forum, he's doing well there. He made their defence way better than it was before and their fans hope that the club can extend his loan for a longer time..

Shane has featured 4 times for the League One side thus far and was instrumental in their 2-1 win over Yeovil Town on Saturday.

I think, because of his age, he can only be loaned on a month to month basis. I think he will be there till at least Christmas. Also got a call up to Irish U21s. Fair play!

I have really high hopes in this lad. Hopefully he can play for S****horpe till Christmas, then hopefully he can find a place in a Champ team. And next year hopefully Moyes will introduce him slowly instead Distin to the team, but if Distin will play in form he is playing right now next year as well, there is then no need of doing that.. But still I really hope in him, as I hope for Mustafi..
