Small club mentality.

No, it's not. We did not go into the game with a small club mentality - look how mouthy Moyes was being in the few days before the game (which was unlike him). That means confidence, self-belief, and believing we are going to win. Believing we are better than them.

Their first goal was going out for a throw in before it hit Baines, and on the 2nd goal, we won't defend as badly as that against a set piece for probably the next 5 years. Did Moyes just sit there when Rat Boy did his belly flop in front of the bench? No, he got up there and stared him down. Did the lads heads drop after going 2-0 down? Did they fook! We were right back at them.

I don't care who we play, if the opposition had a winning goal ruled out with seconds to play, I would be ecstatic, but against the RS and considering our record against them, I am more than happy to take a point after being 2-0 down. Would you prefer us to have lost the game? Troll?

I wanted us to go on and win the game. It seemed to me that once we got level we reverted to the same old everton and tried to nick one from a set piece.

If they'd been two down and came back to 2-2 they'd have gone on and won it. Because they have a different mentality to us.

The worst liverpool team for years and people are happy with a point. Does my ****ing head in.

People are happy with a point as we were 2 down after 20 minutes!

Beforehand there weren't many Blues I know who would have taken the draw, so I think you're talking nads tbh.

At 2-2 they were on the rack for the remainder of the 1st half, it was only after HT when we lost Miralles & Rodgers stiffled the game by loading the midfield, that the impetus died off.

Lovely

It'd have been the best moment of my life, if we'd have made the most of the break away that ensued & the ball had nestled in the back of their net. If only.......................

The impetus died off and we settled for a draw.

And were very very lucky to get away with it.

Attitudes need to change at everton. On and off the pitch.

Inpetus went when Mirrallas did, and how were we lucky? Their goal that wasn't?
Osman didn't do enough to foul Gerrard - no freekick
Gerrard hits it to Coates who is lying on Jags Head - foul
Coates then passes to a player that shouldn't of been on the pitch - No one scores
How is that lucky?. Not being unlucky would of seen us playing against 9 men not having a goal that shouldn't of been dissalowed. They got away with it because we could of scored on that counter attack. Mirrallas went off and 2 of their players didn't.
The only luck I saw for us was Felli not getting carded for a kick into their player when he was going down which I was not impressed with.

hahah

Attitudes need to change at Everton ?? We were 2 down to the ****e after 20 minutes !!!! In the past we would of just rolled over and admitted defeat and if anything, just defended to keep the scoreline down. Instead we came back at them and dominated the rest of the half and got level. Is that what you call a ****ty attitude ? christ !!
