As always, every signing represents a certain risk. You never know beforehand how a move will work out. From his days at Soton and playing for the French national team, I'm more than prepared to take that risk though. That he couldn't really cement a place at United doesn't bother me much. Sometimes a player just doesn't fit a certain club. Arteta and Pienaar two very good examples in that over the not to long gone years. Not exactly setting the world alight at their previous clubs at the time, but they fitted Everton and that's all I really care about.
