Club sorted it for me, a bit surprised, but it was their mistake. Lad was dead helpful - doubt they'll do it for you if you can't prove it wasn't your fault.

Good to hear they have corrected it for you. Mine was more the fault of the local supporters club so suspect they would have been less inclined to help as it was not their mistake. As the bar has been set at 5+ games I don't actually need it so that saves the argument.
I don't suppose they said if they expect everyone with 5+ to get a ticket did they ?

You would think there system would say exactly how many accounts have a 5+ purchase history but that upgrade probably cost an extra £10 so they didn't get it haha

Can anyone definitively tell me what constitutes a concession? I'm eligible to buy in the morning and I am 21 years old and a full-time student. Do either of those qualify me?

I would say mate if the price difference isn't too much ( and there's nothing wrong with trying to save a few quid so fair play mate) get yourself a ticket and guarantee your spot. The rate we are going mate it might be another 7 years before we are at Wembley!

Managed to buy fine, there aren't many extra seats I'm afraid. Half blocks in the lower tier near half way line. I'd say extra 500 max

Got mine too. Had a look at the lower tier ones and by the time I hit the button they had gone so went for B515 before it was too late.
Glad I came into work early, starting logging on about 7:55 and only had to wait a couple of minutes. Wait is now over 15 mins
