I see where Keene is looking at a deal for Baines. Do you think we might sell him to up the Moutinho offer?

No chance. He plays left back, and left mid, and atm we have only 9 first teamers.

Where did you see this "story"?

A some1 else pointed out, we cant afford to lose anybody, not even to get somebody else in, unless its Mikel for 50m and we get in Messi. Even then i would be sad to see him go.

At least give him a chance. He hasnt had a proper run out even at his best position to judge selling him.

i'd like to sell him, but there seems to be a big black hole with player transfer fees.

and it is so hard to sign a player i ca't go through getting a replacement in.

Here is the article I saw. I'm just thinking they are desperate enough to raise the cash to get their target. I'm not saying it is a good idea but I can see putting Joleon back on left and Jagielka and Yobo in the center. Still thin, but thin is the norm for us, no?

Definately not. We need to increase the size of the squad and increase the strength of it. Selling one to buy another now isn't the best of ideas... unless we sell VdM and buys Moutinho...
