Maybe I was imagining things, but I seem to remember him playing on the left quite a bit?

I think he could combine with Baines well. I think he'd be a good addition to the squad if it meant those resources couldn't be better spent elsewhere, in terms of getting someone who will make an impact on the starting 11.

As Dom said. Quite decent technically, but not the quickest. I feel we need someone who can be tricky with pace is an area where we need to look to improve upon, as it'll give the manager and the team another attacking option. Besides this, we already have at least couple of our own in, albeit older, more gifted players in Arteta, Osman & Bily, so unless he is 20, which I'm guessing he isn't, it's a no from me.

Would fill Bilyaletdinov's place in the squad for little expense if he was to go. There's nothing wrong with picking up decent squad players, especially ones who know the league and are coming into what should be their prime years. If Moyes were playing Football Manager it would be a no-brainer, I'd be quite pleased to sign him.

Would be a shame if he ended up being one of our marquee signings though, I agree with that.

He's not a bad player. But I don't think he'd add anything more to what we already have. I think we have enough 'squad' players as it is. What we really need is a bit of talent to get us to the next level... and talent costs...

he's better than bilya in the prem.

Bilya out for 6mill, larrson in to replace for nowt.

would be a good deal

I love Bily, and think he's definitely more talented, but he's not going to fit into the Moyes' regime as he will never play him centrally... so, that sounds pretty smart. I'd imagine they'd be on similar wages, so once you deduct signing on fees or whatever there is, it should leave us with a bit to spend.

In an ideal world I'd rather us keep Bily and play him centrally, but it's just not going to happen.

Exactloy this.....and spend any transfer fee we have on another wide midfielder + a forward.

Anyone who has considered Larsson as an offensive right defender? He has played there in the national team and in Birmingham sometimes. Think that would suit him well.

Would be an OK squad addition but not much else, if the signing-on fee's not huge, I don't see the harm in sorting a deal out.

From what I have seen of him, he is a decent player - not necessarily a player that could take us forward but could be a decent squad addition if signed.

I am an unusual supporter though that tends to trust the manager and if he thinks hes good enough Im happy if not I can deal with it!
