edit: Just got the email ffs Everton. They have only had since May to take it out and put it in a box.

As previously communicated, order fulfilment began during the week commencing 17 November and will continue into January 2026.

Each of the more than 20,000 seats being made available to supporters is being manually prepared, quality-checked, packaged, and dispatched as part of a detailed fulfilment process to ensure every item meets the standard expected of an historic piece of Goodison Park memorabilia.

We are writing to confirm that your seat is scheduled for dispatch during the month of January, within our next batch of fulfilment windows.

Just had an email with the gist of the message
" Great news, your seat is coming in January" but if you read, not even very carefully between the lines it says;
"Even though your seat was bought in May and we told you they would be delivered in October or November (and in plenty of time for Christmas),it isn't coming."
Disorganised, and cba.
PS, stop thanking me for my patience and support. I ran out of patience some weeks ago when you wouldn't or couldn't tell me when my seat was being shipped. As for support, well you've had the money for 6 months, that's where my "support " ended.
