still in sale for tonight

i would leave it as a last resort. there have been posters struggling to shift tickets for villa and tonight. I’m sure some will become available
Thanks mate. That's the impression I am getting. I've got my membership now so will go in for the ballot for those 2 games and also see what else comes up.

In what way is a seat in that block "premium"?

It's not, but they have to differentiate it. They do so by giving you a few vouchers for F&B etc.

You also pay for the premium to skip the queue. You can book a ticket for any game at any point with certainty. You don't need membership to enter a lottery.

If you make one or two games, they make sense.

An alternative is paying 60 or 30 odd quid for membership, waiting for a set sale period and entering a lottery ballot. You then pay... How much is a ticket nowadays? 60/70?

How was club view for West Ham mate, any better?.

Didn't make it mate. Been on my arse with illness. Don't think making Sunday either.

I heard it was loads better though - apparently they stopped doing some food that was causing delays, like hot dogs.

i have to say that the seat unique thing is going to frustrate me all season and probably forever more now.

Every home game i’ve had different people behind me and all way too enthusiastic but with no actual clue about football.

“Come on 15” or “come on 37” all game not to mention “foul ball” when someone got tackled in a semi rough manner.

Moving forward, you'd think they'd have to get an escalator fitted somewhere for that particular section.

I'd have given up my season ticket after 1 match.

hope your feeling better soon as well 👍

Yep, a lot of families will be priced out. Whichever way they decide to buy tickets. I understand that that is modern football, I just think it's a shame.

This is fair enough if Everton think we've got the fan base to pay it.

I had a season ticket for 10 years, went to aways and then moved away. I and some mates were v much casual fans in the last decade. None of us care much to go. Maybe we're an outlier but I'm not sure. I won't pay for membership out of principle... if that means I don't go, I'm actually not that bothered. Feels like everton are missing out on 150-200 a yr from me but that's their choice.

Great that they haven’t turned a blind eye to the issues up there and are chipping away at it. But that did make me chuckle. If your hot dogs are causing delays then they are far too complicated, and thus far too expensive. Put hot dog in bun, here you go sir, put your own ketchup on over there out of the way. Neeeexxxxt.

Get well soon. Load of it about. Like one of those 28 days/weeks/months films in our office.
