Season tickets arrived but people can’t download on Android any tips?

I had some feedback about Village St
I completed the contact form on the portal.
There was no submit button!

I phoned thd box office on Monday Weds and Fri and each time was told that the portal was down and hoped to have it up and running ..... soon

Phoned this morning, gave up after a 40 min wait

Nice one, I did it at the weekend. Got a confirmation email but not heard anything else back yet.
And yep same, I still don't know how I'm gonna get in

I’ve been having the same issue - however I resolved it today… via the Java script settings on my iPhone Safari browser. Everton sent me a new link - it still didn’t work. And then, even more frustratingly, having cut and pasted the link into Safari on my iPhone it still didn’t work. Having read this forum I used the link on a MacBook and got a QR code - however that still wouldn’t work - but it indicated to me that the issue was on ‘my side’ not Everton’s or their supplier FortressGB. I went into the Advanced settings for the Safari app and toggled the Java script setting off and then on and restarted safari. The QR code worked - the season ticket is now in my Wallet.

Did I read somewhere on GOT that Everton have relaxed their insistence that admission to the games must be digital and that plastic cards can be had when some people have great difficulty using the new technology? I am thinking ahead to next season if I am still here, and would jump at the chance to revert to a plastic card.

Yeah maybe ror me i applied for my dad who had no digital anything on the website so no history of using it. Just explained the reason, if i was you id even message them this season about it so atleast that way have proof that you have tried

My dad's got one. He's 75 and couldn't work digital tickets if his life depended on it.

My mate also has one. He's a recovering gambling addict and doesn't have a smartphone as a result.
