Season ticket waiting list

They're not being fleeced though are they? Fleeced would suggest there was something dishonest about it, but in this instance the cost would be very clear and up front. Either you're happy to pay £150 for a ticket or you're not. If nobody will pay it then nobody will sell them for that amount. If they will pay it then they're part of the problem (and an idiot). I don't really see the issue to be honest.

The issue is :

A) When you buy a season ticket you agree to the club’s T&Cs, which clearly state that tickets must not be sold for more than face value.

B) We’ve got genuine fans who want to attend games who can’t get a ticket, because the tickets are in the hands of greedy chancers & touts.

I’m not against selling tickets. I sometimes can’t make a game, I give my ST away. No shortage of blues not working/can’t afford to go.. If money is tight, then nothing wrong with charging face value for it.
Overcharging is just greedy & the club should be cancelling these tickets.

If you see tickets on stubhub for silly amounts, then it’s clearly because they haven’t actually sold. The only logical reason to buy a ST to put every game on there would be to maybe guarantee your seats for a future year.

Full houses again next season - guaranteed. Are we the lowest prices in the PL? Someone told me yesterday that the minimum ST price at Tottenham next season is over £1000.

I worry about this for Bramley Moore, Everton might think they can wack the prices up because its a new ground, just because the posts have gone dosent mean a lot of blues will suddenly have an extra 400 notes to spend

No way do we charge £1000 per season for lowest price ST at the new ground. Only aeroplanes filled with Norwegians, Malayans and Chinese can pay that sort of dough like at Analfield where their lowest price is c.£800 and climbing along with their success. The really big money is now in the corporate tickets at the big clubs. A match ticket, car park place plus a meal for £xxxx+ Someone told me how many restaurants there are now at Analfield. Unbelievable how the whole match experience is changing - for some. I thought paying £5 for a school yard parking place in Kirkdale plus £35 for a seat was extravagant.

that's what we are though, Everton, we're not some stupid corporate bullshit club like those over the park...

....I suppose it’s about balance and not losing your identity. The Reds are a global franchise at a much bigger level than us, a key objective has to be becoming the best team in the City, we can be romantic but we have to be pragmatic.

never forget who you are or where you come from. We take on those across the park, and today it's about the rich upper class elite who are coming to walton, county road, we'll show them what football is, or with this current team, maybe not lol COYB!!!! I'm spending about 9 hours on trains to get to goodison today our players had better be up for it...

No we are actually 9th. Our cheapest Adult season ticket is £420.

Newcastle United’s cheapest season ticket costs £397, Leicester City’ cheapest season ticket costs £395, Burnley’s cheapest season ticket costs £390, Fulham’s cheapest season ticket costs £349, West Ham United’s cheapest season ticket costs £320, Manchester City’s cheapest season ticket costs £310, Huddersfield Town’s cheapest season ticket costs £249, Cardiff City’s cheapest season ticket costs £249.

We will probably keep freezing our prices so that IF we eventually move they can whack a couple of hundred on and justify it by saying you’ve had it frozen for a longer time. I’m not saying that’s the wrong thing to do either.
