At least he is trying something to attempt to get it into the players heads what it means to play for Everton, and how privileged they are to do so. Lack of effort and pride in the shirt have been huge minus points for this lot over the last few years and they have seen off a lot of managers. It sounds like he's put a lot of work into his own management skills, both from a sporting point of view but also learning from businesses like KPMG about people management etc. That's probably the more boring stuff that bigger reputation managers might not feel they need to do, and some of his ideas like 360 degree feedback might be a bit "business course" but I think it's encouraging to have a manager that demands improvement of himself as well as his players
