Impressed me yet again Yesterday. Loved how he mugged Bellamy. His attitude to the game reminds me of Rooneys first days with us. Not overawed at all.

I honestly think in years to come he'll be regarded as one of Moyes' most astute signings.

Thoughts?

He looks like he's got all the tools needed aswell as the right attitude, I think your right, he could be a real gem for us.

£25,000, hes already Moyes best signing. :D

Ive read quite a lot about him, all his old trainers and coaches all say the same thing, he has a will to win thats second to none, that attitude will get you far in football. Plus the faith in his own talent.

Christ at 1 point, he was surrounded by 3 City players, did he look for the pass?? Did he feck, he tried to run between the 3 of them.

I love him.

Yep, great attitude. Afte his shaky start in the Europa, I can see why moyes is being very careful when he brings him on, needless to say he doesn't look to be short of confidence. He really is our kind of player. Big hearted lad, one (more) for the future.

I'm really impressed with him and think your right he will turn out to be a gem for us! Attitude will get you everywhere in football! goes back to Cahill not the best footballer but his attitude has got him where he is!

Double bonus Ireland now have a full back! This is largely why i wasnt worried about looseing Neill.

Intresting Moyesy was saying yesterday if he had a fit squad he would want to send him out on loan!

Yesterday he lost the ball over the half way line (I think against bellamy), so he chases him and nicks the ball back, in the oppostion half.

I love that.

He's been fortunate having had a series of right full backs (Hibbert, Neill, Neville) playing right side of the centre back pairings he's slotted in beside. It's allowed Coleman to get forward and express himself as much as he has, because those three were comfortable stepping across to his vacated position.

He's a great prospect. Just a few things need ironing out - one of them being that he sometimes knocks the ball slightly too far in front of himself (ok further up the field, but it could be costly in his own half).

Yea, say it when he actually did it in his own half, just as you say making mistake while in attack is different thing to making it while defending!

Coleman don't need to learn much about attacking as a RB from anyone here, but he surely could learned something about defending from Neville and Hibbert, hope he learned something from Neill while he was still here!

I certainly look forward seeing Coleman coming on in the last 20~30 mins of the game, he certainly could make a difference when we need to chase the game or find a winner!
