I know that Seamus always gives his all whenever he gets on the pitch, but giving him this extra year extension to me did n`t make much sense given he has missed so much time out injured recently. All very well to say we are short of choices, especially at RB, but giving a player that could very well miss a lot many games through injury a new deal will only keep the medical staff busy and still leave us short of options in that position. I hope he can get fit to have an positive impact on the season ahead, but come on Everton, next summer this is a position that needs to be sorted out for the long term rather than a free agent signing or loan deal.
