Any thoughts on this one? Apparently a few Foreign owners are calling for it to happen

The list of foreign owners are listed below
Aston Villa (Randy Lerner)
Blackburn (Venky's Group)
Chelsea (Roman Abramovich)
Fulham (Mohamed Al Fayed)
Liverpool (Fenway Sports Group)
Manchester United (Glazer family)
Manchester City (Sheikh Mansour)
Sunderland (Ellis Short)
QPR (Tony Fernandes)
*Arsenal's Stan Kroenke is a majority shareholder
Sounds mental to me. I've heard people say it happens and works in America in a few sports, but in the NBA for example, there's 4 parallel league's, if that's the correct terminology? That's different, I've always liked the way that league is run as it's 4 league's on the same level, with the winners going into a conference play off to see who is the overall champion, but to scrap relegation in English football is just mental, right?
