School Fights

I only had couple of proper fights in school, the first when I was about 12. We agreed on "rules" before hand which was punches only. He webbed me as I was talking to someone else so I headbutted him and kneed him in the ribs.

Who says there's no honour in fighting?

Felt sorry for the innocent lad who simply watches the fight in the crowd but gets drenched by the drink lashed by someone outside the crowd. Funny to watch and there's always one..

I remember watching two girls fight at school, covered in grock and pulling hair while rolling around in the grass. Disgraceful behaviour, all this rolling around made it hard to get the real deep grocks onto them.

Only ever had one fight in school, well if you can call it a fight.

Lost me head with the big lad of the year (yano the one that has a beard when he is 12 and towers above everyone but then by the time you leave school he looks tiny compared to the rest). Was after one of the footy matches I ended up bouncing both me boots off his head for a reason I can't remember anyway he kicked the [Poor language removed] out of me after that, I felt proud that stood up to him even if I did get battered like.

Used to love watching a good fight. Best bit was when teachers would address the issue by saying that if you stood by and didn't report the fight to the teacher you were just as bad as the lids fighting. Absolutely nobody fell for that nonsense. They were probably just jealous that they were obliged to break fights up rather than watch in amusement.

90% of the time the excitement and anticipation of everyone circling around the lads 'fighting' was better than the fight itself. The best ones were completely out of the blue.

The best one I can remember, we were playing footy at break time and a few of the knobs of the school year were trying to join in and wind us up. One of them absolutely wellied the ball at my mate who saw red and completely lost it. He took his shoe off and launched it at the lads head who hit the deck and my mate started going to town on him. Everyone kind of stood in bemusement before some of us decided to break it up, this wasn't one of them 'one lad has the other in a headlock for 5 minute' fights, my mate was absolutely battering him!
