Saturday night football from 2019/20 onwards

Those that go still will go...those that don't or can't - won't...plus sky will make a mint on prime time Ads, which is, after all, the whole point.
 

There are already games at 5:30 every week, what’s the big problem? Have a train or two on standby to take the traveling fans home.

I remember a few years ago when the last train back from London was cancelled after playing Arsenal. Not good.
 
Get a bit more imaginative with the kick off time.

Even kicking off at 7.30 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. would make a good difference for people looking for transport home or local fans having a night out afterwards.

But in principal I am not against it.

I remember as a young teenager there was tremendous excitement surrounding a cup tie against the RS at The Park of a Saturday night......and it was relayed live to The Pit where giant screens had been erected.

Little Bally scored the only goal from an acute angle ;)
