NHS mate do you not know what the NHS is? Not getting into a political debate on s football forum anyway. Sosa should be able to obtain a work permit for the single reason he has come here with a fixed term job and will pay a high rate of tax

Where/who are these places/people “littered” with foreigners...”with no intention in getting a job” but are getting “free medical care”?

Find this comment a bit strange unless its lost in translation. Meets the requirement for a community passport, which im assuming is the EU passport but doesnt have a document....... Can he not just wait or wonder if that will arrive after the window shuts?? All a bit odd]

Sounds like the problem is with the documents required to prove his European heritage.

Non EU residents currently have to pay £1000 NHS contributions in order to get there first right to remain Visa, thats for 2.5 years, they have to pay it again for a further two and a half years whilst earning a minimum of £18k to get permanent right to remain, not like they can just rock up here and get a free knee replacement.

Or course. I think everyone assumed appeal was the only way this would happen. Then it's a product of fee and wages, as well as a strong business case and subjectivity of a 3 person panel.

Brands dosent come across as someone who would go for someone we cant get, im guess this will be his plan then all along
