In what way is Scottish Square Bread superior to other forms of Wool Bread?

No need for an essay Human, bulletpoints will do.

(I also hear that your Sausage is a funny shape, but don't want to pry or complicate things too much)

A plain loaf, slices of which are known in Scots as plain breid (pronounced [plen brid]), is a traditional style of loaf made chiefly in Scotland and Ireland. It has a dark, well-fired crust on the top and bottom of the bread.

The lorne sausage, also known as square sausage or slice sausage, is a traditional Scottish food usually made from ground meat, rusk and spices. It is commonplace in traditional Scottish breakfasts.

It is a common theory that the sausage was invented to fit the bread.
