Sandhills station

Well, how was it?
Absolutely fine for me getting the Southport train. I was on a train 10 minutes after arriving. Home at the same sort of time I would have been from Goodison when I took the car. Loads of staff and well organised. It’ll be interesting to see if they can do the same again on Wednesday as it’s another sellout and will be a night time game. To be fair though I’m east stand which is probably the quickest one to get out of and I walked briskly to the station but I did not leave before the final whistle and was upper tier so had the stairs to deal with. It could turn out ok IF they keep putting the extra services on and use the 8 car trains.

Nice one, I was genuinely interested to see if the station was going to be sucked into the Mersey like Davek suggested if too many blues were on it.
