Did he not sign a 2 year contract for us? If he did and he hasnt got escape clauses just tell him has to be in for training at the end of the week or stop his wages and fine him heavily.
We have his registration so if he wants a move tell him we will decide if hes going or not.Also we need to report Sampdoria for tapping up our players.
This is assuming the club isnt fully complicit in the dealings with Sampdoria.We should be in driving seat we have his signature and the clock is ticking if he wants a move,at the end of the day he seems to be taking the piss so lets start playing hardball.

The Echo had a story on it today that claimed it was only a one year deal, but a second year would be activated if he started 15 games for us...he's started 12. Its like the old days of Walter Smith here! Remember Mhyre? And us letting Rangers off with trying to do the same thing to Michael Ball?
