Still early days, but very happy with him thus far

My fear was that he had a history of being disruptive in the dressing room, there's seemingly no hint of that at Everton thus far

Long may it continue
Don't know how disruptive he was at Barcelona, but he chased he dollar at Anzi and not many foriegn players settle in Russia. As for Chelsea there is so many big ego's in that club and being on the fringe of the first team probably didn't help matters. Every player who has played for us says how easy it to settle at the club due to its friendly nature. Simple really, Eto has been welcomed with open arms off the pitch by players and coaching staff and has as passionate set of fans behind him on the pitch. That is the perfect ingredient for any footballer to produce their best. I think he enjoys the status he has at the club an I get the feeling he is genuinely excited about the 'mentor' role he has adopted. Long may it continue as it is only in the best interests of the club.

Seriously, looking at that vine. The goal seems a yard or two.further away than. I remembered. I thought it was a great goal at the time but that is a good few yards outside the box. I don't if it was the drink but something is to blame.

This. I just saw that video too and was like "Bloody hell! I don't remember him being that far out. Sweet!"

At inter he wasamodel pro. Played out on the wing by mourinho he never complained publicly, was brilliant, the gabs lived him and he won the european treble. In the end the offer from anzhi was silly money.

Wonder how much having him at the club will help in attracting other players to join us - albeit in a small way.

Eto has raised the profile of the club no doubt, and rom will benefit from having him as his mentor. As for other players having the chance to work with Martinez and play with the likes of miralles, barkley, stones, baines, Coleman etc. will be a bigger factor.

maybe he feels loved here. The manager loves him as do the fans and his team mates.
