Every day sensibly run clubs are pulling away from us.

Training their players into their system so they constantly improve. Working on patterns of play and set pieces. Buiiding up scouting networks to target the right players and selling their club to the best youngsters around as THE place to make a career in the game.

Allardyce doesn't give two hoots about the long term future of Everton. His job is to keep us in the league.

Thank him, shake his hand and move him on.

Then get on with the building job we desperately need to do.

Unfortunately we have a board/owner who dont have the skills or ability to build the club.

He is staying and with this board in control we will probably need him to keep us up next season .....
It is a `slow death` for our football club

if he doesn't go in the summer then moshiri is an absolute wet blanket

I bet when he had this meeting with sam he probably said to sam you can have pre-season etc.. we don't want to disrupt the squad with a new change etc. and then we will assess your performance when your contract is about to run out (January 2019?) - then if we are doing poor he has an excuse not to renew the contract and bring in a new manager in January.

WET BLANKET

Why in the world would he do that? We are in this mess because we couldn't find a manager in November, so why would they do that?
