Kept us up but I am not convinced most managers couldn't have with our squad. Still want rid of him though utterly toxic. It worries me he could stay, I think the next three games might actually be crucial in this.

Yeah he will, being the shortest serving Everton manger in our entire history, currently held by Mike Walker at 10 months.

From my vantage point in the Main Stand it seemed like the fans really got right behind the players today (and the manager as well!!) and that seemed to make all the difference.

As Allardyce said, we were like a 12th man.

What was nice yesterday was that we never played a holding midfielder at home to a team playing for a point. It showed from the start. Hopefully it's not a one off.

By all accounts it was a forced change. Gana would've played if he hadn't been unwell.
