No its not necessary to apologise for what you do yourself. You are entitled to clap, sing, cheerlead, get behind whoever you like at the game as much as you like. I'm not calling you out on that. I'm calling you out for insulting fans who don't want to get behind manager's they don't believe in. They are entitled to boo, protest, show disgust if they wish, and they are no less a suppoter than you.
I think we have a different definition of ‘support’ to each other. If you had a friend who was struggling with something, would you offer them support by booing, showing disgust or insulting them?

I'm not getting into any further debate with you if you think it's sensible to equate how i should support a proven crook who's earning 6 million pounds for 18 months work, with how I would treat an ill or struggling relative/friend.

I’m just trying to help you understand the definition of ‘support’ from my point of view. But feel free not to debate with me further anyway. It’s getting boring.

Pack it in.

So the fact that Allardyce is " struggling " to get us to play any semblance of recognised football, is the same as someone " struggling " with an illness, a crisis, etc.

Behave soft lad.

I didn’t say that did I?

Just trying to explain what ‘support’ is.

I'll help you out with the definition to save you the hassle of having to equate football with illness and personal difficulties again.

I support Everton. I hope we win every football match. I hope the board act in a manner which maximises our chances of winning football matches. I hope they appoint staff who are capable of winning lots of football matches. I hope they sign the best players to give us the best possible chance of winning matches. I hope we win enough matches to achieve things and above all win titles.

I do not support decisions or individuals who make the stuff I've said above very difficult to achieve. I do not support decisions or individuals who seek to limit our ambitions and our standing within the game. I do not support players who do not give their best efforts despite playing in the wealthiest period in the history of football.

I will always support Everton as a club, win lose or draw but I will not cheer and give my backing to decisions which are hurting a club who matter to me. Albeit not quite as much as family and friends funny enough.

We wont be in for silva - if we really wanted him we would have gone for him by now imo. Too much murky waters regarding that episode and I think he will no longer be flavour of the month with Mosh after his poor end of results at Watford.

Fonesca will be the one once he's out of contract in the summer.

DIdnt realise he’s out of contract

Our opinions are actually more closely aligned than you might think. What separates them is tied to your last paragraph. I think that the hostile atmosphere is hurting the club, and I won’t give my backing to it.

And I've already said you have every right to be as supportive at the game as you like. Just stop accusing others and putting yourself on a pedestal.
