Stats obviously aren't always solid to go on but in the league i think he's averaging around 1.2 pts per game, that would see us hit around 45 pts if he keeps that up (fingers crossed) and we stay up. Imo with this squad that's a disgrace. I'm not saying we should be pushing top 4 but we should be firmly 7th. Joke.

I know some people hate things like "expected goals" but I feel it is an excellent method for seeing how good the chances you are creating are, and how many chances you give away.

In Koeman's 9 games we were the more likely winner in four of them (Burnley, Brighton, Bournemouth and Stoke)
In Unsworth's 5 games we were the more likely winner in the two we won (Watford and West Ham)
Under Sam we've had four occasions where we've had better chances than our opponents (Huddersfield, Newcastle, Swansea and Watford).

The stats show we were relatively unlucky under Koeman, Unsworth got what we deserved and Sam has been extremely fortunate.

I find it hard to believe that some posters think we have a good squad. I think its one of the worst squads we have had for many years. massive changes needed for next season and beyond.

Terrible squad, would a single one of our players get into the squad from Roberto's first season?
