Surely he means it was a Very similar team to the one which only beat Crystal Palace because they missed all but one of their chances and the game should’ve been sealed after 3 minutes?

The bloke genuinely believes that because you beat one team you should be able to beat a totally different one by playing exactly the same way.
but we wern't playing the same way, our attacking players were told to play it safe

Write Farhad and the others a cheque for abar £250m lad, then you can do what you like.

Fat Sam was brought in as a fire fighter, not the long term future for our club. He’ll get us a mid table finish and be packed off, having done what he was paid to do. The fact that he’s eager to stay on is irrelevant imo, as I’d expect nothing less, but I’m totally confident that Moshiri has other plans. If I’m wrong vault the hell out of me......

I doubt any fan is rich enough to fork out 250m. That doesn’t mean we must all sit back and do nothing. Its like saying if you’re not rich enough you can’t have a public opinion other than an Internet forum.

What I see now is sentiment on the ground does not reflect the full dissatisfaction of the entire fan base. We don’t even sing his sacking nor do we put up any banners to reflect how we feel. Our inaction seems to echo out our tolerance level towards big Sam which is entirely false.

The last time we did something on the ground was towards Martinez, he was sack less than a month later, I’m not saying we have the influence to achieve that, that’s naive, but we do have to make this dissatisfaction loud and clear.

We all want him gone regardless, some choose to voice them somewhere else instead of here, but that doesn’t mean they are Geordie.

Sam Allardyce said that his first signing will define his time as Everton manager, does anyone remember that?

If thats the case its an absolute car crash...........

Time to go, we want to have a go. Play to win NOT play not to lose.... I for one was willing to give him a chance but clearly he just isnt up to the job. Watford were there for the taking yesterday!

With each passing game and the subsequent public blaming of players I'm convinced both he, and they, know that at 16:50 on May 13th he will not be the Everton manager. One player already alledgedly told him so in front of the entire group.

If they want Silva (and why wouldn't they still) then get him in today. If they want Fonseca then we limp on it seems. One thing for sure is that Allardyce is utterly out of his depth at the minute, he always was yesterdays man, a footballing dinosaur lauded by fans of teams in real peril and his many media mates. It was a shambolic appointment on day 1 and remains a shambolic appointment. A stain on our history.

SA 02/12/17: “The next player we get in is Sam Allardyce's. With all the support of the board and the back-up of the recruitment, I'm not going to go: 'I want that player. I've seen him once and I want that player'.

“I'm not like that, I'm not going to do that, I'm saying: 'I want this player. This backs it up with the recruitment arm of the football club, along with the stats we accumulate'.

“And that first player has to have a real impact at Everton Football Club to prove to everybody that we are going in the right direction with recruitment.

“I put that money into that player but if that player doesn't deliver (people will say): 'Look at that player, look at the money he's wasted on him, oh he's bought him, he's rubbish, what a waste of money'.

“So I'm knackered then, the fans don't trust me, the board doesn't trust me and so my first signing is absolutely critical."

The knobhead.
