We cant go on with this manager. It'll suck the life out of the club.

If he doesn't take a job up in the next month or so when they become available I'd draw the conclusion that he's already secured for next season by Everton.
100% agree.
If he does go we also need to reevaluate Walshes position. Either he's directing the strategy of the club in terms of a 5 year plan to develop the squad and implement a certain playing style with by in from the manager.... or he's just reacting from appointment to appointment. Which is pointless.
So the club need to either find someone who shares his vision or sack him off and find someone to work with the manager in whatever capacity.

Yup , no better chance to give Tosun a run out in my opinion. But we won , I’m in city centre having free beers . I’m happy for now. I’m a simple lad, but I’d love to have real hope and optimism for the future, but I just don’t.
