I hate to break it to you, it being your National Car and all,

But the Range Rover is as UGLY as fook. Usernames Mum ugly. And MASSIVE. Its got a massive schnozz. i looked at some pics and thats a LOOK AT ME 4WD if ever Ive seen one. I see Will I Am or Ice T and Coco driving one of those things around. Not no spotty nerds. The thing has Grillz.

And it doesn't look like an SUV to me, it looks like a full sized 4WD, which is exactly not what she's looking for.

lulz. I don't own one, but I would rather have a Range Rover over one of the German SUV's (although, I may opt for the V10 TDI Toureg). And I am a yank. Not my national car. If you want proper, over the top SUV's look no further than the USA. Check out the For Excursion or the GMC Suburban for some daft sized vehicles.
