Retired aged 26 after fracturing his skull last year. Am I the only one with no recollection of this ever happening ? I thought he still played for spurs :rolleyes:
 


He's a good lad, massive shame for him footballing-wise, but a very lucky lad to have the chance to walk away from such an injury.

I expect he'll transition into coaching, and will be back at spurs in a non-playing capacity.
 
Shame really.
I'd like to think that insurance will give him something to get by with for the immediate future for him.

It was the one where Niasse ducked out of challenging Cahill for the ball after the injury. The picture below might ring a bell.
