a) not success at all

and

b ) if it was, it'd be down to the manager not a chairman recycling tv money, sales of players and property to avoid a sale

He's a liar, not to put too fine a point on it. My personal tipping point was the Fortress Sports Fund scam. Maybe Mr Maddock could do a follow up article on it...when he's stopped doing Ian Ross' propaganda work for him.
