I'd say best chance of a shock may well be Denmark.

Having watched them in frankfurt, very organised, good off the ball.

Germany, faced similar in Switzerland, and under immense pressure now.

Think the Dutch are so erratic that if they turned up they'll breeze past Romania, however turn up like they did against Austria and there'd a great chance for Romania there.

Keep seeing Italy as odds o. Favourite to beat Switzerland but the shock would be Italy progressing, think they've been really poor all tournament.

Not a betting man. However, if I was I would bet on the winners coming from the other side of the draw from England's.

Now that I've written that I reckon I'm as clever as most Irish, Scottish or, even, Welsh people who claim when England go out that 'I told you so'.

Life would be boring if we didn't take risks.

But if Austria can keep momentum ala Italy in the last Euros and let the other sides take care of each other it's anyone's game in the final.

I’m not sure about that Drico. Denmark are not good
Neither are Germany. The fans are slow to get behind this side because too many of these players - Rüdiger, Havertz, Gündogan, Sane, and Kimmich - have failed miserably for Germany in the past. They are all big names at club level, but they are unlike the big names of the past in that they haven never done it when it mattered for the national team.

A really good German side will dismiss this Danish side today, with comfort. I don't see that happening. In fact, Denmark are precisely the kind of side this German generation struggles against. They lack the bloody-mindedness that all the great German sides had. And, of course, those old lads could play as well as anyone, too.

Denmark will raise their game here against the big brother in the south. This could be very tight.

Nagelsmann seems a likeable enough fellow, but he's going be to slaughtered if they go out today and he has kept that big Thunderbastard on the bench. I mean, I get why he wants Havertz in the side, but Füllkrug has a preposterous goalscoring record from minimal minutes with the national team, and Germany's perception problem is the players being picked are not effective - while the fella on the bench is the very definition of effectiveness.

I would also suggest that Füllkrug is exactly the type of player needed against a team like Denmark. Havertz, who has lots of talent, always strikes me as being a bit diffident, as if there is more to life for him than kicking a ball (because there is). Füllkrug seems more blood and thunder, easier to get behind, an ersatz Horst Hrubesch or Oliver Bierhoff.

Going out today would be a career ender for Nagelsmann...
