Rumours up here that we may be looking at Ross Stewart from Sunderland. Mackems rave about him but are resigned to losing him to a bigger club. Our good relationship with the club would act in our favour apparently. Just what three Sunderland fans have relayed to me.

He's definitely not the answer. Tend to watch the Mackems play occasionally whenever they end up on Sky and he looks a decent player at that level but completely unconvinced he could do a job in the Prem.

Surely if he hasn't been picked up yet by a Premier league club and he's 26 already its unlikely he has what it takes to play in the Prem
