His position is a playmaker whether that be right left or central, I agree he is inferior to the other two I mention.. Spurs are very set in their style and formation because it works well for them that's why I only see him getting bought for the Erikson/Ali role

Well he won't make the England squad from the Spurs bench. Another thought just crossed my mind...surely the best person at Everton to talk to Barkley would be Bill Kenwright? Maybe he has spoken , maybe not, but if Blue Bill can't get Ross to sign, no one can.
