..I don't 'hate' him Fred. I admit to finding him a very frustrating and unreliable footballer but there is no better site when he's on form and moving with the ball at his feet. I genuinely think we'd improve as a team with somebody who consistently and positively impacts games, particularly against top sides. I don't hate the boy, I genuinely don't.

As much as I love to see a local lad do well, Ross just doesn't have the mental side of the game down despite being physically superb on his day.

He's just not as good as people make him out to be.

I believe Koeman is a strong enough manager to make sure he isn't.
