You can have a go at McKenzie and still find fault with Anderson's comments. I for one dont regard myself as part of a race of people known as Scousers.

That pigeon holes me and defines me. No thanks.
Yes you can, but sometimes it's ok to not find fault in things. Anderson is correct.

Race?

Ha ha ha.

Have another crusty pie Joe and pack it in FFS.
I've told you. He's using this as a Scouse race issue. That is almost as deplorable as what McKenzie has said abourt gangsterism and Liverpool.

By the way, is your position still that I "defend McKenzie" here? I'd like to know if you dont mind. It means a lot to me for obvious reasons....
And it's deplorable to have a go at his weight. That's incredibly sizeist but never mind eh?

And to be honest yes, in a case of "Anderson v MacKenzie" you've hardly come down on the side of Anderson. I'm not saying you have to like Anderson, but surely you can see why some people disagree with you on this?

It's precisely these sort of arguments you make which mean people sometimes greatly misunderstand you.

Yes he should. MUCH better, because if I'm being called a race that isn't on.

Speaking to BBC Sport, Anderson said: "Not only is it racist in a sense that he is of mixed-race descent, equally it's a racial stereotype of Liverpool. It is racist and prehistoric."

That offends you?

Seriously?

Because it looks more like any excuse to give Anderson a kicking to me.

He's playing the forum. Using anything to get a rise. You lot keep allowing it.

In all of that you haven't answered the only thing that matters: do you think I defend McKenzie or what McKenzie said...which was your viewpoint above?

Here's some reminders of wha I actually posted:

McKenzie is a disgrace who should be thrown in a lime pit, but "implied racism"?

FFS. That's just bollocks. Anderson is looking to score some easy points.

That crusty pie eating divvy would go to the opening of an envelope, he's that desperate for publicity.

No chance mate.

Far be it from me to hand out support to that scurrilous scumbag, but there's no way he'd have known about Barkley's heritage when making that insult.

How does it make it worse?

And by the way I completely condemn the rat for saying what he did. But that 'race' thing looks like a reach.

Oh sorry, wasn't my stating that I'd love to throw McKenzie into a lime pit clue enough that I didnt agree with him?

Stop playing the ref.

It's clear now that Andeson has fallen back to the position that "even if it wasn't meant as a racial slur it's an attack on the Liverool race"...I;m sorry, but I dont take kindly to being thought of as a race seperate from others because of the loaction I was born into.

Regardless of that pond life McKenzie, Anderson is a friggin idiot looking to use this situation to reinforce his position.

Maybe out of all that you can tell me how I "defend McKenzie"?

As said, not a moot point for me this, far from it. I wont have it that I give succour in any way shape or form to that lot or him in particular.

Over to you mate.

That article by implication makes out any successful wealthy businessmen (of which there are very many) from Liverpool are gangsters.
The implications that a footballer is thick just by his expression beggars belief. This man must be taken to task propperly.

I cant imagine what Ross must be feeling if he's read it.
