He was one of our best performers today. Only frustration, which was across the board (so could be due to weather) failed to release ball quickly enough. He's been in fine form.

Really tried to force the issue today. get on the ball. keep us moving. i see him growing in confidence and attitude every game.

However as is being complained about in the Koeman thread we have long needed an older head with some nous to share the burden of attacking responsibility up there. Big failing of the last manager, and I disagree with the current manager if he doesnt think we need it

Thought he had a good game today, all things considered. Never thought I would say it this season, but I thought Gana was our weakest first choice player out there. Hopefully just re-acclimating to the PL and crappy English weather.

Not exact same positions or situation but watching the Zlatan documentary theres a bit where he is struggling to get going at Ajax and Koeman gets in Litmanen who really helped him along at an early point of a great career.
