....I don't think the skin tight footy shirts help. Ross is a big lad and never likely to be the most mobile, the upper body strength helps him hold players off and go past people. Perhaps he did bulk too much but he certainly looks good in that picture.

Was way way too bulky last year, effected his agility big time. Looks pretty trim in his holiday snaps though, he mightn't of played for England but it looks like their training has been good for him

I reckon Koeman has already been encouraging to play on instinct and just back himself. So many cracking early passes and smart turns in that 45 minutes. Not to mention the turn and shot. If he goes with his gut and takes the first option more often, nobody will touch him. He's got it all, looked a class above everybody in that second half.

you can see the huge difference in him now that spanish tit is gone, no exaggeration to say koeman getting the best out of ross could be crucial to us being a top side, the slight changes in him today compare to the last few weeks of the season gives me great hope
