Played well first half, not so well second half. He's comfortably Englands best midfielder at the moment, at least until the likes of Foden, Mount etc start to develop and get game time.

Seems a bit knee-jerk given he's probably been Englands best midfielder in recent times, one slightly underwhelming half and all the good performances in the last few matches are forgotten and he's all of a sudden crap again. Shoddy journalism imo, especially as one of his runs led to a penalty.
